Add your Own
Thanks for taking a look and considering contributing to the hobby; anyone can do this! To make sure the website flow is consistent and that things don't brake/everything is correctly indexed, below is a step by step tutorial on how to add a trick.
Step 1: add the page to the library and create the page
So, all the tricks are listed alphabetically. So for this template, we will use a made up trick called “Template Trick”. Obviously this starts with a T, so we need to go into the “T” section of the library and add it alphabetically. Go to the T section, scroll to the bottom of the website page, and hit “edit page”.
From there we will add a link- it will look like this:
[ [ all : t : TemplateTrick ] ]
but without all those spaces! Note, if our trick was called the “Zemplate trick” we would have went into the Z page and our trick would have been entered like this:
[ [ all : z : ZemplateTrick ] ]
Click Save, and go back to the T page. Look for your trick, it will not have a working hyperlink yet- no worries- just click on the link anyways
After you hit this link, there will be a page that says “This page hasn't been created/Doesn't exist anymore”. Disreguard this and scroll down to the bottom of the page again. Instead of “edit this page” there will be a “Create this page”. Click that.
To finally have the page at created and indexed, feel free to put
= = = = = = Template Trick = = = = = =
again without all the spaces in the body. Then go back and check- is it listed in the “T” section of the main library? Does it show up if the sidebar is expanded under the “T” section?
Step 2, making the page
Below is a template for a page:
